The Congress is accredited by the Doctor’s Chamber of Macedonia.

Official languages during the Congress are the Macedonian and the English languages. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided during the Congress sessions.

The participants will have full access to the Internet during the Congress.

Between sessions, coffee/tea breaks will be organized.

Congress materials will be collected at the registration stand located at the Reception, at the entry of the Hotel. Congress materials will not be provided for accompanying members.

Participants will have to carry the Congress Badge to attend the Congress sessions, the commercial exhibitions, and the poster sessions, as well as for the Official opening of the Congress

Registration & Registration Fee
The application is electronic, via the Congress official internet site.
The registration is completed after sending the full application and covering the congress fee.

All participants (doctors, doctor’s trainees, students, and accompanying persons) should fill-in the Congress official application/registration page.
Please use a separate application from for each participant.
Only fully filled-in application forms will be accepted.

If the Congress Fee is paid after 1 May, the prices are increased by 20%, including the payment at the registration desk in Ohrid.
The Congress Fee includes all Congress materials (the book of abstracts, the program, appropriate writing utensils, and the participation certificate). It also includes the organized trip to Ohrid’s historical locations.
The Congress Fee for the accompanying persons includes the visit to the commercial part of the Congress and the organized visit to Ohrid’s historical locations. They will not get Congress materials.

Persons in need of an official invitation for attending the Congress should contact the Organization Committee on the following e-mail: bafs5@mail.net.mk. The invitation does not commit financially the organizers of the Congress. All costs connected with the Congress are covered by the participant.
Upon receiving the Application Form the Organizing Committee will inform you that your Application Form for the Congress has been accepted. The registration is considered complete when a fully filled-in application form has been sent and confirmation for paid Congress Fee.
| Registration Cancellation |
In case you are prevented from attending, please inform the Organizing Committee at least 7 days before the beginning of the Congress. The money transferred for the registration fee will not be refunded.
